Ndende Technologies is the group’s core technology operating company, delivering enterprise-grade ICT solutions and managed services to public and private sector clients, with a strong focus on secure, scalable, and compliant digital systems.
NdConnect
NdConnect is the group’s connectivity and digital infrastructure platform, responsible for the design, deployment, and operation of reliable access networks supporting institutional, enterprise, and public-sector services. The company delivers fibre and fixed wireless access (FWA) internet connectivity solutions, with a growing FWA deployment footprint focused on expanding access in previously disadvantaged and underserved areas.
Ndende Holdings
Ndende Holdings is the group’s strategic investment and capital-holding vehicle, established to hold equity interests in infrastructure, utility, and special-purpose investment structures, with a focus on long-term, asset-backed value creation.
The company currently holds an investment in a utility (water) concession SPV delivering approximately 120 million litres of safe drinking water daily, supporting the needs of approximately 400,000 people.
